Thanks Judith - it's been a looonnnnngggg process, deeply engrained in my mind and body, dating back to its start in 2017. Having a hysterectomy this spring closed the chapter in many ways with a finality nothing else could, and now it's time to allow the emotional fallout to come as it will. I'm just bracing myself for impact and resourcing to the best of my abilities until then.
Such courage to face IVF and process the physical and emotional material that lingers.
